Apply the device to clean, dry skin, turn it on, and adjust the TENS (pulse) and heat settings to your comfort. That’s it.
We recommend starting at the lowest setting, then gradually increase to a level that feels comfortable for you.
After use, remove the device and reapply the protective films to the gel pads to keep them clean.

Where can I use it?
Mira Pro is designed for use on areas such as the lower back, abdomen, shoulders, arms and legs.
Do not use on the head, face, throat, or directly over the heart.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life varies by setting, but typically lasts up to ~20 hours (TENS mode) or ~1 hour (heat mode).
How long do the gel pads last?
Gel pads are reusable and typically last multiple sessions. Replace them when they lose adhesion or performance.
